    I have always been impressed with the service quality at the Centurion Home Affairs offices. So I was extremely disappointed by the cashier who was on duty at 08:30 Saturday 18 October. (receipt says Patronel). I was standing in the queue with my 16 year old daughter when the lady screamed "hurry up" and rambled some insult/complaint we could not hear because of the glass. Even the people standing behind us in the queue were shocked. After we had made payment we enquired from the lady whether our transaction with her was completed, she answered without even looking at us. I... More...
